In Alan Deutschman’s book, Change or Die, he explains his model of the 3 “R’s” (Relate, Repeat, and Reframe) that will enable you to refine your vision, develop a strategy and set and achieve your goals.
Relate: What are the results that are important to you? Relate the required positive behavioral change to a goal statement that will motivate and inspire you.
Repeat: Continuously affirm your desire to change. Through repetition and continual reinforcement you will see things differently.
Reframe: With your constant focus on what needs to be changed and using affirmations to reinforce the change you will reframe your current environment. As you begin to create a new personal action plan, obstacles will begin to disappear and you will realize your desired results.
