Self- Love: The Foundation of Leadership Success

Many of us strive to be great leaders.   But how does one get there?   Many people think reading the latest books, attending a seminar or two or emulating someone we admire will transform us into great leaders.   Unfortunately it is not that simple.    Before we can lead others, we must be able to lead ourselves.  When we are able to set and consistently achieve our own goals that are in alignment with our purpose we can then go on to direct the lives of others.   But self-leadership is not all that easy to achieve.   Our self-image and our comfort level with who we are at the foundation to achieving self and formal leadership.  Remember we all have unlimited potential.   What can you do differently to start feeling the “self-love?”
